How do I get a refund for PSL Isharay?
Ask Apple for a refund if you paid in the App Store, or ask Google if you paid in Google Play. We sell PSL Isharay Premium only in those stores, so Apple’s and Google’s own refund rules apply.
Not sure which store you paid in? Find the receipt email that names PSL Isharay and check who sent it. Apple sends App Store receipts, and Google sends Google Play receipts.
Deleting PSL Isharay or your account doesn’t cancel a subscription.
Where did you pay?
For Google Play
- Open your Google Play subscriptionsGo to your Google Play subscriptions. Sign in with the Google Account you paid with, then open your PSL Isharay subscription.
- Cancel your subscriptionChoose “Cancel subscription”, then follow the instructions on the screen.
- Open your order historyGo to your Google Play order history. Sign in with the Google Account you paid with.
- Choose “Report a problem”It’s next to your PSL Isharay order.
- Choose your reasonChoose the option that describes your situation.
- Complete the formWrite that you want a refund.
- Submit your requestChoose “Submit”. Google says to allow 1 to 4 days for a decision.
