How do I cancel my PSL Isharay subscription or free trial?
You can cancel at any time. We sell PSL Isharay Premium only in the App Store and Google Play. Cancel your subscription or free trial in the store where you started it.
Deleting PSL Isharay from your device, or deleting your PSL Isharay account, doesn’t cancel a subscription or free trial.
Your receipt email shows where you paid. Apple sends receipts for the App Store, and Google sends them for Google Play.
Where did you pay?
For Google Play
- Open the “Play Store” appUse an Android phone or tablet signed in to the Google Account you paid with.
- Tap your profile iconIt’s at the top right of the screen.
- Tap “Payments & subscriptions”Then tap “Subscriptions”.
- Choose PSL IsharayIf PSL Isharay isn’t in the list and you have more than one Google Account, switch accounts and check again.
- Tap “Cancel subscription”Then follow the instructions on the screen.

For a free trial from the App Store, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends to avoid the first payment. For a free trial from Google Play, cancel before it ends.
After you cancel
- You keep Premium on a paid subscription until the end of the time you paid for, then move to the free version.
- You keep your progress in your account.
- You can subscribe again to get Premium back.

- The email address you use to sign in to PSL Isharay
- Where you paid, if you know
- Your receipt, if you have one (hide your card details first)
