How do I get a receipt or invoice for PSL Isharay?
We sell PSL Isharay Premium only in Google Play and the App Store. Google sends your receipt for Google Play payments, and Apple sends it for App Store payments.
If you’re on a free trial, you haven’t paid yet, even if you added a way to pay. If you keep the trial, it becomes a paid plan when it ends, and you get a receipt for that first payment.
Where did you pay?
For Google Play
- Go to Google’s payments centreSign in at payments.google.com with the Google Account you used to pay. If you use more than one Google Account, try each one.
- Choose “Subscriptions & services”It’s in Google’s payments centre.
- Choose “View purchases”It’s on the next screen.
- Choose your PSL Isharay orderGoogle opens the receipt for that order.
Only Google can send receipts for Google Play payments. For more help, go to Google’s page See or change orders.
